2. Limit the stimulants and Oil.
3. Do not skip breakfast
4.Drink plenty of water
5.Smaller gaps between two meals . Frequent Low calorie snacks 

6.STARVATION a big NO NO 
7.have lots of soups and N tea and Coffee
8.Restrict your calories by intelligent eating.
9.Remove fat from your food
10. Eat healthy snacks
