A good lifestyle leads to a good body. Imagine the disparities in wellbeing between our own and hunter collectors. Will you not be in favour of having greater stamina, fitness, immunity and overall disease resistance, even if we have superior technologies and equipment? So what do we attribute to this improved health? Has technology developments left us poorer and human bodies separated from their natural surroundings? Perhaps because inside or outside they took in fresh air. Or maybe that was that their interior was outside as well. Today, the climate in our houses is sometimes more contaminated than outside. In fact, microparticles found inside houses are often known to cause life-threatening diseases!

Clean air is the most important element of our environment. However, pollution often takes this privilege away from us, whether we are indoors or outdoors. Following are a few ways to ensure we breathe clean air,

Precautions to take when indoors

  1. Purify the environment - This can be accomplished by organic or inorganic means. Indoor potted plants are used in the first, and purifiers and dehumidifiers are used in the second. Either process aids in the removal of toxins and the improvement of oxygen levels.

  2. Avoid smoking indoors - Indoor smoking frees toxins directly from inside your home that degrade air quality. It can also be avoided at any expense

  3. Take care of your AC - Although it might sound like a hassle necessary for your indoor climate to control the temperature, it has a direct health impact. AC filters can catch allergens and bacteria that can cause diseases if they are not regularly washed. Therefore, regularly serving the AC and keeping the filters clean is necessary.

  4. Minimize the presence of pollutants - Our atmosphere's most dangerous pollutant is known as VOCs. These articles are issued by traditional uses such as paints or construction materials. Therefore, by using these things you have to open windows and open the workspace.

Precautions to taken when outdoors

  1. Using barriers - Use of masks is a barrier that must run into the dirty air before you breathe in. It is also the best way to make sure you better breathe out.

  2. Check Air quality - Before stepping out, ensure you track the air quality in particular. Although outside exercise is advised for improved health, it can be more harmful than beneficial if you step out of smog!

  3. Avoid smoke - Avoid blowing it into as you encounter a chimney or an obvious black smoke spout. While you cannot stop breathing completely, if you can hold your mouth or breath as you walk through the specific region, it can help.
