If it is not by birth means it may be due to yield infection or fungal infection. At the same time you should not ignore your blood sugar level means your diabetic status. So please carry out the following reports
1) blood sugar fasting and pp
2) urine sugar fasting and pp
3) hba1c 4) cbc and esr.
