Get your blood checked for CBC Tsh and follow up with reports and get your larynx examined by a ENT doctor and follow up with reports.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, first it should be diagnosed. There are many reasons to get reduced loudness. Generally our voice loudness and voice depends on length ,mass and tension of vocal cord which is situated in throat.
