Vitamin-E Deficiency is a rare condition among individuals resulting from abnormalities in the dietary fat absorption or metabolism. Fat-soluble vitamin-E is rich in antioxidant properties which help your immune system stay strong. Vitamin-E deficiency occurs due to poor diet habits which can lead to serious health problems.
