1. Take adequate night sleep 2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger migrain 3. Avoid things that can trigger migrain. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep. Inculcate good sleep practices like having a regular bedtime schedule and avoiding naps, caffeine and tv before bedtime. 4. Don't take stress- pursue an enjoyable activity or verbalising frustration to reduce stress and improve mental health. 5. Avoid foods that you know triggers your migrain. 6. Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect 7. Drink more water to combat dehydration and increase blood volume. As dehydration is the most common cause of low bp. Follow a healthy diet. Eat small, low-carb meals to prevent your blood pressure from dropping sharply after meals. Add more salt to your diet to increase your blood pressure. Go slowly. Instead of jumping out of bed in the morning, breathe deeply for a few minutes and then slowly sit up before standing. Limit alcoholic beverages. Get regular exercise to promote blood flow. Be careful when rising from lying down or sitting. To help improve circulation, pump your feet and ankles a few times before standing up. Then proceed slowly. When getting out of bed, sit upright on the edge of the bed for a few minutes before standing. Elevate the head of your bed at night by placing bricks or blocks under the head of bed. Avoid heavy lifting.

As per the details given by you - it may be postural vertigo with anxiety plus mental tension -when you are going to give blood ---there are effective medicines for postural vertigo which your doctor will prescribe to youmobilealso try to lie down in slow motion ---with out quick movements of head side wards or upwards or down ward----avoid any anxiety of the process of taking blood ---take 1 glass orange juice plus a chocolate -when you are going to give blood ----take friends or relatives with you and chit-chat up to the moment they take you to draw blood .also check your bp; hba1c,tft and discuss with a doctor.

It sounds like you are having orthostatic hypotension. It is not a serious condition. You must strengthen your leg muscles and use certain postural techniques to prevent the dizziness. You may contact for more guidance on these exercises. Also please get hemoglobin, blood sugar and blood presure checked. Any abnormality in these can also make you feel dizzy. Hope this helps.

As per your explanation --it is mostly positional vertigo and associated symptoms. If so --it is not a serious problem--but usually a recurrent problem--requiring regular supervised treatment of a good ent specialist with support of a neurologist occasionally. Meanwhile, kindly have simple lifestyle changes like --have slow motion to wake up; to stand up etc-----avoid jerky movements of head and neck-avoid journey in ghat roads. ;drink plenty of water ; take plenty of glv; fresh vegetables ;fruits ;vitamin ;mineral and probiotic suppliments.

As per your history it could be provisionally be disgnosed as bppv. It is a benign condition. But it is not confimatory as few questions are unanswered like how frequent you feel it and which side you feel it. Etc. Visit any ent or general physician. U can contact on live consultation for further assistance. For treatment we need a detailed history. So it would be wise if you come for online consultation.
