Ayurvedic Approach to Heal Burn Injuries-

Skin burns, whether minor or major, leaves behind ugly, unsightly scars. These are often disturbing and upsetting. One way you can get rid of the pain and these burn scars is by adopting an Ayurvedic approach. Ayurveda uses natural ingredients, herbs and medicated oils, packed with anti-inflammatory healing properties to offer quick relief from the pain-

  1. Applying Calendula or Marigold oil and Lavender oil provides instant relief from burns.
  2. Apply banana paste on the burn injury for about 10 minutes. This will help reduce the appearance of the scars.
  3. Take a papaya and mash it. Apply the paste on the burn site. It will remove the dead cells with the help of enzymes.
  4. Slice a tomato in pieces and rub it on the scar. This will not only reduce the pain, but also help the scars fade away.

Ayurveda thus aids in pain management for burn injuries by offering natural remedies that are safe and easily accessible.
