My age is 38 I have adenomyosis. My doctor has done by operating adenomyomectomy. So I have treated aayurved treatment for this condition. I have future plan is pregnancy please solve my problem.

I think this condition is ok now. For pregnancy you should plan ayurvedic based treatment for healthy, intellectual and beautiful child after your cycles are ok. This will be a series of treatment plans. Once you conceive there is masanumas chikitsa, very wondeful. May talk or meet some vaidya there.

My mother aged 53 had been diagnosed with left frontal glioma (anaplastic astrocytoma grade 3 in aug 2019). Patient (female) age – 53 years (anaplastic astrocytoma grade iii) aug 2019 - symptom – seizure & loss of consciousness diagnosis with left frontal glioma (anaplastic astrocytoma grade iii) aug 2019 – treatment – left frontal craniotomy & gte of glioma followed by rt & chm oct 2019- nov 2019 radiotherapy by imrt with dosage – 60gy/30# @200cgy/#,5#/week (completed with) concurrent temozolomide (nublast 120 mg) was given & was stopped after 25 sessions of rt due to thrombocytopenia nov 2019 – oct 2022 – no complains & normal medication of encorate chrono 500 mg once a day was given. Half yearly mri was done. 6 nov 2022 – episode of irrelevant talks for 90 mins & behavioral change was seen & was hospitalized for observation & discharged on next day after contrast mri current condition of patient – absolutely normal current mri reporting – local recurrence & infiltration into adjacent cerebral parenchyma I am looking for right treatment plan for the same weather chemo has to be taken or re-surgery would be better option and what would be the technical advancements that would be better to have for safe brain surgery. For better review I am sharing the link having all the medical records along with dicom files.

your mother is suffering from anaplastic astrocytoma grade 3 left frontal tumor post-op f/b post chemoradiation. On f/u she is on t.encorate 500 mg an antiepileptic drug. Recent mri brain shows local recurrence after 2 years gap but I want to know the size, site of recurrence. To discuss about the treatment. I'm unable to see your dicom files.

Adenomyosis needs surgery if all other medications fail to perform and you are in excessive pain. Removal of ovaries might not be a possible treatment to cure adenomyosis. In such a case, removal of the uterus is the only option left with your doctor.

I am 43 years old lady on progesterone for three months for adenomyosis and heavy menstrual flow. One month ago one day when I got up I saw brown patches (blemishes) on my right forehead, cheek and upper lips. A day before that I had applied indigo for hair colour. Had been using hyaluronic acid before that for two months. My skin complexion has become two shades darker and full of dents. I had a flawless spotless skin. Never used cosmetics. ideally, it advised using minoxidil after 20-30 mins of dermarollers use. As when you use dermaroller it open ups micropores on your scalp. Sometimes using minoxidil immediately after roller might cause irritation. So if you feel more irritation.

I am 44. Diagnosed with adenomyosis. But since january 24 I had full flow of my period. Since then there are spots of blood on the pad but nit a full flow. When I wipe with the tissue there is dark red blood on it and it is more than what comes on the pad. What is causing this?
