में 25 साल का हु । में जब किसी अनजान व्यक्ति से मिलता हु तो घबराहट ,शर्म महसूस करता हु। अनजान लोगों से बाते नही कर पाता हूँ। लोगो से कॉन्फिडेंट होकर मिल नही पाता हूं । जैसे मेरे को कोई हेल्प की जरूरत हो तो लोगो से मदद लेने में हिचकिचाहट होती हैं। जैसे मेरे को कभी बैंक या किसी आफिस या किसी डॉक्टर से मिलना हो तो मेरे को घबराहट होती हैं, हाथो में कंपन सी होती हैं, उनसे अच्छे से बात नही कर पाता हूं ,उनसे आत्मविश्वास के साथ नही मिल पाता हूं।

Hi, I will prescribe some harmless but effective bach flower remedy. Mix 3 drops of mimulus +2 drops of aspen + 2 drops white chestnut + 2 drops of scleranthus + 3 drops of larch mix these with 100 ml water and drink it every morning and night. (same dose) on empty stomach.
