antipsychotic is the drug which regulates your thinking, perception and mood. also it may be used for various other reasons. The generation of antipsychotics just determines its time of invention of molecule - both of these are efficacious and good medicines.

How low are the rbc, hct and tlc. Many times minor variation does not matter. Major variation will need physician consultation. Fatigue can be part of the original psychiatric problem, though so called basic symptoms have subsided now. May need some modification in medication. Best of luck.
