Lipid myopathies (lm) are a group of muscular diseases with onset in all ages, due in most cases to enzymatic errors of lipid metabolism. Lm often, but not always, are characterized by lipid storage in muscle biopsy. Immunomodulatory/immunosuppressant drugs such as methotrexate, cyclosporine, tacrolimus, azathioprine, mycophenolate, rituximab and intravenous (ivig) or subcutaneous (subqig) immunoglobulin.

You need to have enough supplements
you can go join a gym and learn the exercises which all help you to built your muscle tone .if possible try to get advice from a personal trainer in gym. You should concentrate more on strengthening exercises. And take more protein containing diets.

Hey doctors, I am suffering from scapular dyskinesia I did mri orthogram of my shoulder when I found it theirs no pain only discomfort in my scapula and after some time I am feeling discomfort in my jaw .my right side collarbone show little less compare to the left clavicular head and stellar head muscle is little different from another side like pushed back I do not know what is this and after some time I am feeling the same problem in left side also is it getting worse? And I want to know all of my problems are related to each other I am taking physiotherapy since last 4 month but I can not see you any changes I am loosing my confidence because of this I am going in depression becuase of it. I left my gym 2 year's ago because of it I don't know if am able to do gym again or not. Please suggest to me.

As you are going on with physiotherapy, you have to strengthen the surrounding muscle group. 1.Stand leaning against a wall with an ab-wheel in your hands
2.Protract your scapulae
3.Slowly roll the ab-wheel up the wall and ensure you’re shrugging your shoulders to elevate your scapulae as your arms rise up while keeping tension in your core to avoid lumbar extension

My advise for you to first get a routine blood check up (cbc, rft,lft, s.e, lipid profile, thyroid profile, vitamin-d and vitamin b-12 level) .share the reports than you will get better answer in my opinion.
