firstly, masturbation is not a contraindication with antibiotics therapy.
Secondly, antibiotics therapy is not required so long (4 weeks of antibiotics is not at all advisable).
Thirdly, use (wear) tight underwear all the time so as to have no pain in testis in future.

I think this condition is ok now. For pregnancy you should plan ayurvedic based treatment for healthy, intellectual and beautiful child after your cycles are ok. Yes it usually occur after aspiration. Take antibiotic and if needs go for fluid culture and sensitivity test.
