Any blood pressure like this is considered a hypertensive urgency. You need treatment otherwise it could be fatal for you. Need reduction of blood pressure serially. Are you taking any medicines as of now? Uncontrolled bp since 2 years had already caused you heart remodelling. Increasing muscle bulk of heart increases the risk of an attack. Need to see your heart on an x-ray and ecg. For prescription text consult.

To control hyperlipidemia means high cholesterol levels. your wife should avoid fast foods. Oily foods. Limited quantity of non veg shud eat.
To control high bp. Less intake of salt should be taken.
Should not take more tensions.

If you have no any other symptoms then check you fasting lipid profile, rft, lft, cbc.
Take a look on your bmi. Regular exercise if further any doubt then consult me.

Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin receptor blockers eg lisinopril or telmisartan are group of drugs which are taken to decrease kidney damage in high blood pressure. But this should be taken only in guidance of a physician.

High bp could be primary that is no apparent cause.
It could be due to stress.
Autoimmune diseases.
Try meditation, 30 min daily walk get esr and cbc done.
