Take High protein Diet. HAve small and frequent meals. Take Milk and Milk Products. Take 2-3 egg Daily, paneer, shakes, cold coffee, after meal take sweet item. Don't skip breakfast and meals. After workout take high protein item.

If you are eating sufficient, the reason of weight loss could be stress, change in lifestyle or you may have some medical issue like hyperthyroidism or other.
But consult your doctor first, he will suggest you if there is requirement of any test. If the medical parameters would be fine then you should consult a dietitian as you may not be taking appropriate quantity of calories that your body requires.

You are just 18 and your metabolism would be working in the right way. You should eat as much as you can as this is the right age for you. Exercise at least for 1 hour everyday or join any sport of your choice. Do not worry, when the right time comes you will start gaining weight.

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy, egg, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help.
