  1. Drink plenty of water. 
  2. Eat small frequent meals. 
  3. Do not skip any meal.
  4. Include plenty of fruits and vegetables in diet
  5. Eat a combination of carbs (whole grains, oats, brown rice) , fats (good fats like flax seeds, walnuts,olive oil, fish etc) , and lean protein
  6. Get good minimum 8 hours of sleep. 
  7. Exercise regularly.  
  8. Don't stress.
  9. Avoid junk foods loaded with sugar, caffeine, preservatives, etc.
  10. Don't deprive yourself of adequate sleep.
