Take a teaspoon full of bengal gram powder, two to three teaspoon of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice, a slight amount of sugar, and a pinch of turmeric powder. Keep it for 15 min. Then apply slowly over the face, arms (over the tanned area). Once regularly for 15 days. It will glow your skin.
