In ayurved it is called vartam satambh. It is classified under one of the eighty vata vitiation diseases. Pl give full history, duration, photo and treatment taken so far. Hello as you asked about dried tears glands I would like to advise you to use triphal ghrut --2-4 drops twice daily. If you don't find the above medicines you can use simple cow's ghrut for 15 days. If you are feeling well and have no more trouble with it the continue it for a month.
