Immunity is the key to stay healthy not only in covid like situation but otherwise also. No one likes to fall ill, including us, the medical fraternity. There are small tips to stay healthy, follow them as rituals, make them your part of life and you will never regret.

Tip 1
Have tea like hot water after every meal with a pinch of salt in sips. 

Tip 2
Before you grab that antacids, try hot water with a pinch of hing, which you add in the cup, (not while boiling), wait 5 mins. 

Tip 3

  • Change to roots, 
  • Use mustard oil or ghee for cooking
  • Change to sendha namak 
  • Don't use refined oil, rice barn oil, brown rice
