Reduce intake of sugar and salt, have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Reduce time on smartphone, desktop or laptop, tv. Engage in activities like playing with your kids, cooking, painting or anything you like. Regularly check your bp & blood sugar and semi anual health checkup. At least sleep for 7 hrs at night from 11pm-6am and take 1 hr rest at afternoon if possible. Walk for 1hour daily. Quit alcohol and smoking.
