I am a 19-year-old male and am having trouble starting stream of urine and also have premature ejaculation issues. I experience some symptoms of chronic prostatitis it all started 2 & 1/2 years ago when I started edging during masturbation. I discovered nofap on the internet and decided to stop masturbation for 1-week, but one day I was not able to control my urges and I masturbated until I was about to ejaculate and I did it 2 or 3 times. But after a while, I experienced a slight pain in my lower abdomen and I had an urge to urinate and when I tried urinating even though I was exploding I was finding it extremely difficult to urinate. I waited a lot but it was almost impossible for me to start a urine stream. Then I thought maybe semen might have blocked the pathway so I ejaculated but I was still not able to urinate. So I was left with no other option except sitting and exerting pressure. After a lot of trying I finally voided my bladder thinking things will get normal after a day. But the subsequent week went really bad every time I had to urinate I had to exert a lot of pressure to start the stream of urine. Things did get a bit better after a week but I still had to focus and wait a lot to urinate. I kind of avoided masturbation from that day but every time I masturbated or experienced nightfall I experienced premature ejaculation and all the issues with urine get aggravated. I met a urologist in my area and he said stopping masturbation caused that and he advised me to start masturbating again and things will get better. He prescribed medicines like urimax (tamsulosin) or other similar drugs for a month along with some antibiotics. He did an ultrasound and urine test but everything was completely normal. So I waited for a year and things did get a bit better but I still experienced all those symptoms but in varying intensities. I used to masturbate once a week and after masturbation sometimes the symptom improve but sometimes they get worse. Then I went to another urologist and the same story as the previous one nothing showed in ultrasound and urine flow was normal. Then I met a homeopathic doctor and he advised me to strictly avoid masturbation and give time to heal my genitals. So after that, I completely stopped masturbation for a year and things improved a bit but sometimes the problem comes back in full force, and then I often have to take tamsoulin to ease the symptoms. Now it's been 2 & 1/2 years the problem still persists and as of now I can only urinate standing up, I can't urinate while sitting as if some muscle blocks urine. Because of this problem, I don't feel confident and I tend to completely avoid relationships due to performance anxiety. I feel anxious that in the future I won't find a partner if I can't perform in bed. Also, I sometimes have trouble urinating in public places especially when I travel with friends due to shy bladder, because of that I also avoid traveling. Please someone help me, this problem is running my youth and I feel depressed as I can't discuss it with anyone and I am finding no help at all. Am ready to pay for consultations but please help thanks in advance.

One thing I want to knw while masturbating do you experience premature ejeculation. And one more thing how do you differentiate normal ejaculation from premature ejaculation mean while just for precaution get your serum psa level done. Specially if you feel heaviness / pain in your perineal area. If you want than you can take an appointment. I guess I can help. Take care and have a nice day.

Dear sir since you are already taking equirex, you should not take flexon -mr with it. The equirex itself will help with pain. Try a diet change with soluble fibre. Include probiotics like curd in your diet. That will give uou long term relief.

Age 27, weight 82 kg, unmarried.my question is that do chronic bacterial prostatitis cause too much weakness in body like hip pain, femur pain, hip joint pain, feet pain and hands ,shoulder ,rib cage, chest pain, burning sensation and joint pain and also chills. I asked this because I am diagnose with it and having too much weakness, bleeding in semen, my psa was 2.06 ng/ml on 14 aug 2020. On 26 aug I had my trus prostate showing "prostate volume 14. 8 cc. The prostate is normal in size, shape and shows ill defined parenchymal areas if increased echogenicity mainly limited to the anterior stromal zone and transitional zone of the prostate. The echogenic areas are seen extending and surrounding the opening of ejaculatory ducts on both side and there is preserved zonal differentiation noted in both lobes elsewhere" possibility of chronic prostatitis needs to be ruled out. Within 2 months now my whole body is paining even I am. Taking antibiotics oflox 400 mg since 11 days ,my problem is increasing. Though I know prostate cancer is very rare at this age. Do I have chances of it. I do not have any family history. Please help me, I am tired of running to diff urologist in this corona time and they are paying attention to. My severe issues?

Hi, follow these guidelines. For more info, you can contact me privately! fruits and vegetables – eating fruits and vegetables can help prevent heart disease and strokes. Eating them might also help prevent certain types of cancers. Try to eat fruits and vegetables at each meal and for snacks. If you don't have fresh fruits and vegetables, you can eat frozen or canned ones instead. Doctors recommend eating at least 2 1/2 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruits each day. ●foods with fiber – eating foods with a lot of fiber can help prevent heart disease and strokes. If you have type 2 diabetes, it can also help control your blood sugar. Foods that have a lot of fiber include vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts, oatmeal, and some breads and cereals. You can tell how much fiber is in a food by reading the nutrition label. Doctors recommend eating 25 to 36 grams of fiber each day. ●foods with folate (also called folic acid) – folate is a vitamin that is important for pregnant women, as it helps prevent certain birth defects. All women who could get pregnant should take folic acid, whether or not they are actively trying to get pregnant. Folate is found in many breakfast cereals, oranges, orange juice, and green leafy vegetables. ●foods with calcium and vitamin d – babies, children, and adults need calcium and vitamin d to help keep their bones strong. Adults also need calcium and vitamin d to help prevent osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is a condition that causes bones to get thin and break more easily than usual. Different foods and drinks have calcium and vitamin d in them. People who don't get enough calcium and vitamin d in their diet might need to take a supplement. Supplements are pills, capsules, liquids, or tablets that have nutrients in them. ●foods with protein – protein helps your muscles stay strong. Healthy foods with a lot of protein include chicken, fish, eggs, beans, nuts, and soy products.
