Dear Noufal,
Congratulations for trying to quit drugs repeatedly. Any substance dependence causes relapses often. So, you need to be on continuous follow up with the deaddiction centre for relapse prevention. Mostly these addictions occur along with another psychiatric disorder like mood disorder. It also needs treatment continuously and simultaneously. These withdrawal symptoms will be treated in different ways by your doctor and you will be back on tracks. All the best. Follow up for many ...more

I'm a 16-years-old female who has for the past months been experiencing that my memory is degrading badly. I have always had a memory that was fair enough. I do have much stress and I do have social anxiety. I don't sleep that well, but that was never a problem before. I sleep around, 6-7 hours on school week. And 9+ hours on a holiday. I do take some medications for my adhd and I'm aware there are some side effects to that medicine. I couldn't even remember, a friend's name that I recently met, for some split seconds. Then after some thinking, I could finally remember it. I can remember certain situations that were very important. I could remember something from 5 years ago but not 2 weeks ago. And I do feel like, my memory gets better after I eat food. But it feels like it's getting worse as time passes. I did as a child had to do mind memory games at school, but I felt like I could still remember basic information or situations that happened some days prior. But now, I can even remember what I did 3 days ago? Is there something wrong with me? I'm showing early signs of dementia? Or i'm just overreacting?

Please calm down. You are not at all suffering from dementia. Actually you are suffering from anxiety and stress. You should prefer ayurvedic treatment for long term use. The best solution to your problem is counseling, yoga and meditation.
You may also take ayurvedic treatment for all your problems.
Try not to think on many topics at a time.
You are having a good energy level, try to give it a proper direction. Wish you all the best and good health.
