Hi,

I am Dr. Yogesh Tandon, Sexologist, Tandon's Clinic, Delhi. Today I will talk about the main reasons for sexual dysfunction. Sabse pehle aging ek important role play karti hai. Jaise age badhti hai vaise testosterone level dip hote rehte hain. Humari sexual poer kam ho jaati hai. Erection ana kam ho jaata hai, lose erection ho jata hai. Aur vo medicines, diet and exercise se regulate kar sakte hain. 2nd reasons hai ki agar aap diabetes and heart diease se suffer kar rahein hain aur uski medicine dete hain. Us se bhi aap ko sexual dysfunction dekha jata hai. BP ki medicines lene se bhi ye problem rehti hai. Aisa nahi hai ki medicines chor dein. Apne Dr se consult karein and kuch medicines se aap ye problem bhi recover kar sakte hain. 3rd reason hai pollution. Jab tak aap hill station par jayenge ya fir aap polluted city mein reh rahein hain toh ap ko effect dikh jayega. Agar aap bahar ka kha rahein hain and red meat lein rahein hain toh bhi sexual problem aap ko aa sakti hai.

Ab hum baat karenge ki youngsters mein ye problem itni common kyu hai? Iska reason hai lack of sex education. Unke body mein hormone change hote hain, unko ek energy ko channalise karne ki jarurat hoti hai. Vo aap karein and Dr ko samjhayein. Agar unko koi problem hoti hai to Dr se consult karayein. 2nd reason hai ki aaj kal children drug abuse karne lag gaye hain, alcohol lete hai and smoking bhi start kar di hai. Iski vajaha se sexual problem bahut badh gayi hai. 3rd is bachon ka sexually abuse young age mein hona ya fir excess of masturbation karna bhi iska ek reason hai. Bache kafi stress lene lag gaye hain ki mere ko morning erection nahi aa raha ya mai din mein 3-4 times masturbate kar raha hu, infertility toh nahi ho jayegi, mai father ban paunga ki nahi. Ye humare pass aam question aata hai 16-17 saal ke bachon ka. Agar hum masturbation week mein 3-4 times regulate kar lein ya daily bhi karein achi diet leke toh aap impotent nahi honge aur aap ki sexual life bhi achi rahegi. Agar aap ko koi question hai toh aap puch sakte hain. Yoga, sports karein. Koi ek sports toh daily karein. Is se aap ki overall body growth bhi hogi aur body ki sexual power bhi maintain hogi. Exercise daily karein.
