Hi lybrate-user, No the blockage will not come back. But, I would strongly recommend that you take proper care of your ear and take all medications as prescribed by the doctor. Keeping a good hygiene is very important in any kind of ear infection.

Namaskar. Yadi parde me surakh ko adhik samay ho jata hai, to operation hi best tarika hota hai. Yadi paiso ke karan nahi karwa pa rahe hain to kisi sarkari aspatal me kara len. Yadi wo bhi sambhav nahi to fir kaan me savdhaniyan rakhen. Jaise kaan me pani na jane de, jukam na hone de, kaan bahne pr shighra hi apne doctor se milkar dawai ka course pura karen.
Dhanybaad.

But you will have some dry eye problem after lasik, so you will have to take more care due to your job profile. Certain drops post surgery along with certain eye exercises, intermitt...more

Regarding how long you will have to take the medications- you will need to speak with the Dr. who prescribed them since he would have examined and prescribed accordingly.
And just for 2 days there won't be any effects on your lasik surgery outcome do continue your lasik medications as advised. Do make sure you have informed your own lasik surgeon also about these medications.

As such no major side effects are there but your doctor must have advised these for few days. U should again visit your doctor if there is any problem. If no problem then discontinue cetrizine and ear drop because hole will be cured only by operation.

Due to the chemicals in chlorinated water and the particles found in salt and fresh water bodies, irritation, redness and corneal tissue infection is a high possibility immediately after lasik eye surgery. Interactions with these bodies of water can slow the healing process or cause post-op damage. Many lasik centers typically allow patients to shower normally after just 1-2 weeks. Unless you vision is abnormal, there is pain, or some other sign that there might be something wrong. Please contac...more
