The alternative treatments for such problems during pregnancy involve acupuncture, acupressure, vitamin B6 which can provide relief from the feeling of nausea; chiropractic manipulation and massage to provide relief from back pain. Yoga and other exercises have also been found to be a helpful relief from the problems that occur during the period of pregnancy.
