  • Eat atleast 60 mins before workout, so that tummy is light while workout and have postworkout food immediately to grow the muscle as well to restore the depleted glucose level. And after 60 mins have full meal consisting protein+ carb+ healthy oil.
  • Make sure you use healthy oil like oliveoil
