Penis Enlargement Exercises - A Step-By-Step Guide on Effective Jelqing

One of the most popular penis enlargement exercises to date is jelqing, which involves milking the penis in order to make it bigger. Jelqing is actually one of the most effective penis enlargement exercises out there because it can make the penis both thicker and longer. Plus, it is known to provide faster results compared to other penis enlargement exercises as long as it is done properly and carefully.

Through these penis enlargement exercises, you can send more blood into your penis and, in turn, get stronger erections. After 2 months of consistent exercising, you should then see a significant increase in the size of your penis, in general.

  • Probably the most important benefit that you can get from jelqing is that the results will be permanent, even after you stop jelqing once you reach your goal. There are two types of jelqing out there: wet jelqing, where you will need to use top quality lubricants to keep your penis safe, and dry jelqing.
  • As just mentioned, wet jelqing or wet milking will require you to use a lubricant to avoid drying out your penis during the actual exercise. If your penis ever starts to feel dry when doing this exercise, simply take a break and add more lubricant to make it wet again. If done right, you can get efficient results out of this in no time.
  • While this exercise is generally extremely simple, you will need to follow the right instructions if you want to get great results out of it. To start, add some lubrication onto your penis and make it partially erect. Then, create an OK sign with your left hand's forefinger and thumb and grip the base of your manhood with your palm facing outward.
  • After that, pull along the shaft of your penis from the bottom to the tip and then use your right hand to do the same thing. Keep doing this while alternating hands and ensuring that you still feel comfortable. If your manhood gets dry at any time, simply apply more lubricant. If you end up with a full erection, stop doing the exercise for a bit and then massage your penis to a partial erection once again. Keep in mind that you have to control the urge to ejaculate, as well. If you feel the need to ejaculate at any point, stop the exercise and wait until the urge subsides.
  • Dry jelqing or dry milking is the other version of this exercise. However, while a lot of men seem to think that dry jelqing is more convenient because it doesn't require any lubrication or cleaning, wet jelqing tends to be much more effective as a whole. So, if you really want to see significant results from penis enlargement exercises, you will have to try out both dry and wet milking.
  • When it comes to the dry version, you will need to get a partial erection and use the same OK sign as with wet jelqing. However, you will need to pay better heed to your grip when it comes to dry jelqing. You can't grip your manhood too tightly or too loosely here. Other than that, though, alternately move your hands as usual from the bottom to the top in a milking motion until you reach the tip of your manhood. Remember not to move your hand in the opposite direction, though, since this exercise is meant to train your manhood to get more blood into it while erect. The goal is to send more blood into your penis to make it bigger in return - remember that. For the best results, do these penis enlargement exercises three times a week every week.
