Self control is a skill that everyone possess. Self control is an effert that is intented to help achieve a goal.
It can be attained by.

Meditation. It actually trains your body to become a self control machine.

Eat. Your brain burns heavily in to your stores of glucose when attempting to exert self control. Eating something that provides a slow burn for your body suvh as whole grain will give you a longer window of self control.

Exercise. By exercising you are releasing gaba a neurotransmitter that makes your brain feel soothted & keeps you in control of your impulses.

Sleep. If you are trying to exert self control over your eating, getting a good night sleep. Every night is one of the best moves you can make.
