OBESITY

For obesity
1) at 6 am, 2 sugarfree creamcraker biscuit with liquer tea with less sugar, mainly green leafy tea.
2) at 8 am, take one cucumber with 2 pieces breads or one roti.
3) at 12 noon, take 1 cup rice, 2 rotis, 1 piece fish (60grams), dal and vegetable
4) at 3 pm, 100grams sour curd and 1 cucumber.
6) at 5 pm, 2 creamcraker biscuit and tea.
7) at 9 pm, 2 rotis, vegetable, milk (150ml)
Walk for 1 hour everyday.
