Firstly you should go for blood test of fbs ppbs hba1c serum creatinine with urine re along with serum lipid level for a correct analysis. As you are having breathing problems it might be heart instead of lungs you can take online consultation with me after the test done with chest x-ray report.

Firstly your blood sugar levels are very high and firstly you should control the blood sugar. Talking becosule capsule is fine, you can have it. But pls check your hba1c level with serum creatinine and urine re level. Glimistar m2 is not fit according to your weight and blood sugar levels.
