Freckles are skin cells (keratinocytes) that contain melanin, which is a brown colored skin pigment. The skin cells are otherwise very normal, so the spots can't be felt since they are flat. They don't cause lumps in the skin but they are quite visible. 

Here are some of the methods and home remedies with which you can get rid of your freckles:

  1. Prevent your face from the sun: This is the best approach to get rid of freckles. Wear caps with wide overflows so your face is in shadow. Attempt to abstain from going outside when the sun is high in the sky since this is the time when you get the most UV radiation. If you do go out, try to stay in the shade. Also wear sunscreens with SPF 50  constantly, without fail.
  2. Lemon Juice To Bleach Freckles Away: Lemon juice is one of the best natural bleaches. Use the juice from crisp crushed lemons; delicately apply the juice onto the freckled regions. Be careful not to put the juice in your eyes. Leave the juice on for ten to fifteen minutes and wash off with warm water. You will need to do this twice every day for a few weeks before the spots vanish.
  3. Even Out The Skin Color: Conceal the freckles by darkening the rest of the skin normally. Castor oil - an old solution for everything from blockages to upset stomachs - is fabulous for adding a light tan shading to the skin.

वैज्ञानिक नाम मोरस अल्बा वाले शहतूत को सबसे पहले चीन में उगाया गया था. लेकिन अब स्वाद में मीठा लगाने वाले इस फल को दुनिया भर के विभिन्न समशीतोष्ण क्षेत्रों में उगाया जाता है. अपने देश में यह पंजाब, कश्मीर, उत्तराखंड, उत्तर प्रदेश और उत्तरी पश्चिमी हिमालयी क्षेत्रों में उगाया जाता है. ये अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में लाल, काले और नीले रंगों में पाया जाता है. इन सबमें अमेरिकी शहतूत और काले शहतूत का स्वाद बेहतरीन होता है. शहतूत के पेड़ की पत्तियां रेशम के कीड़े के लिए एकमात्र खाद्य स्रोत है. ये तमाम पोषक तत्वों जैसे लोहा, राइबोफ्लैविविन, विटामिन सी, विटामिन K, पोटेशियम, फास्फोरस और कैल्शियम आदि से भरपूर होता है. इसके साथ ही साथ इसमें आहार फाइबर और कार्बनिक यौगिक जैसे रिवेस्ट्रैटोल, एंथोकायनिन, ल्यूटिन और कई अन्य पॉलीफेनॉयलिक यौगिकों की भी मौजूदगी होती है. शहतूत के अन्य फायदे और नुकसान भी हैं.

To enhance skin-lightening ,the following ingredients may also help .

  • Retinoic acid
  • Azelaic acid
  • Kojic acid
  • Glycolic acid
  • Low mid-potency steroids

Pocedures fr Melasma

Chemical peels - eg. glycolic acid ,tricholroacetic acid )work well in treatment of melasma . Freckles are skin cells (keratinocytes) that contain melanin, which is a brown colored skin pigment. The skin cells are otherwise very normal, so the spots can't be felt since they are flat. They don't cause lumps in the skin but they are quite visible. 

Here are some of the methods and home remedies with which you can get rid of your freckles:

  1. Prevent your face from the sun: This is the best approach to get rid of freckles. Wear caps with wide overflows so your face is in shadow. Attempt to abstain from going outside when the sun is high in the sky since this is the time when you get the most UV radiation. If you do go out, try to stay in the shade. Also wear sunscreens with SPF 50  constantly, without fail.
  2. Lemon Juice To Bleach Freckles Away: Lemon juice is one of the best natural bleaches. Use the juice from crisp crushed lemons; delicately apply the juice onto the freckled regions.
