Ur problem can be because of less sleep. Do u nap in daytime Or do u sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it.
U need to change ur habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching TV or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed.
Even if u not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning.

bt how many doses you needed. It can't say in case of ginger so it's better that you take medicine. If it's having a long time then no problem.
