Living In A Air Pollution - Take A Deep Breath!
In a Times of PM 2:30 and PM 10:00, we should try to do breathing exercises or Pranayama to increase capacity of our lungs, lots of symptoms like feeling uneasy or dizzy and difficulty in breathing are occurring as soon as you enter in your car and especially more when you live in less greenery area . So before starting for your workplace from your home, take some Deep Breaths to help you have less lazy drive.
