It helps in relieving tension, reducing stress, making you relax, and increases your happiness. Here are some ways following which you can bring more laughter in your life:

  1. Connect with an old friend
    • Connecting with a friend from the past is ideal for bringing up topics and memories which are sure to make you laugh.

  2. Humour in your everyday life
