As per Ayurveda every author have different diet prescription but I am describing here if you are interested in 4th month milk added with butter should take 5 th month ghee with milk 6 month madhur aushadhi sidha milk should take madhur aushadi like- ghee, gud, kela, shatavari, nariyal, mashparni, mulajathi, mudgaparni, sahad, angoor, vanshlochan kathal etc so according Ayurveda laghu and madhur ahar should take and she should read, think, good books, mantras etc total weight should gain around 11 to 12 kg in whole trimester perform all house work gently, do some yoga, morning walk, be happy help in normal delivery.

Take high protein, high fiber low carbohydrate and low fat diet .Both plant and animal proteins are good source of protein such as egg white, lean fish, lean meats, lentils pulses. Choose complex carbohydrate (brown rice, brown bread, oats, green vegetables, fresh fruits ). Take low fat dairy products, drink plenty of water. Avoid roots and tubers (potato, Arum ,beet, avoid banana, jackfruit, Chickoo, mango as they contain high calorie. Avoid junk foods. For your thyroid problem avoid Soybean, cruciferous vegetables (cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, kale, brussel sprouts.

Follow a weight reducing diet. Increase your protein and fiber intake and decrease your carbohydrate and fat intake. Drink plenty of water. Protein should come from both plant and animal sources (lean fish, lean meat, egg white, lentils,pulses ). Take dairy product (d. Tonned. Choose complex carbohydrate rather simple carbohydrate (brown rice, brown bread, fresh vegetables, fruits ). Avoid banana, Chickoo, jackfruit, dry fruits. Avoid roots and tubers (potato, Arum, beet).take 1 almond daily as it contains HDL which acts as a fat cutter.

Well you need to follow a weight reducing diet by increasing your protein intake and reducing your carbohydrate and fat. Increase fiber contain in your food, drink plenty of water. Prefer protein from both animal and plant sources (egg white, lean fish, lean meat, lean chicken, lentils, pulses. Choose complex carbohydrate rather simple one. Complex carbohydrate includes brown rice, brown bread, oats, fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid banana, mango, Chickoo, jackfruit, any kind of dry fruits as they contain high calorie. Among dry fruits you can only take almonds it contain HDL helps to cut fats. You can also use Medislim a supplement that helps to reduce fat. Medislim 2 scoop in 1 cup of lukewarm water. U can use Medislim by skipping your evening meal (7 pm) take dinner at 10 pm. There should be a 3 hrs interval after taking Medislim. Regular exercise is must.

Animal protein are good source of protein such as egg, lean meat ,lean chicken, Plant protein includes lentils, various kinds of pulses. Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. A person with diabetes can eat most of the fruits, provided his blood glucose is well controlled. Fruits which can be taken more often include papaya, apple, pear, guava, pear, orange, sweet lime, pomegranate and watermelon as well as other melons. Fruits like banana, mango, chikkoo and grapes should be taken in less quantity. In a day 2 or 3 servings may be taken. Thanks.
