Dr. Nandita Palshetkar, and I am IVF Specialist. IVF me bhut sari technologies ayi hain. 1978 me pehle jo technology tha vo IVF ka tha. In-vitro fertilization mtlb test tube baby. Yhan hum ldki ke ande lete hain or purush ke shukranu lete hain or dish me unko falit hone k lia rkhte hain. Jo sukranu hai vo khud ande ko falit krta hai. Or fir jo tyar bacha hota hai ya embryo jo hai, hum usi ldki ki thaili me chor dete hain. Lekin ye technology ki vjha se male infertility pe koi asar nhi pda. Jab kisi purush me problem tha to use donor hi sample use krna tha. To ye jo technique hai ICSI, 1992 me pehla bacha paida hua. Jhan pe ek machine ka use kia gya. Use micro-menu plater kehte hain. Us machine me hum ek anda ya ek stri bij lete hain or ek shukranu uske andar inject kia jata hai. Mtlb jo tube garbh me hota hai, to hum laboratory memmachine ka help leke hum krte hain. So, ise ICSI kehte hain.

IVF and ICSI ka success rate above 40-50% hain. 25 saal pehle jab mene chalu kia tha to 15-20 uska success rate tha. Lekin aaj me garv se keh skti hun 40-50% success rate hai. Uske karan anek hai. Kafi changes aaye hain. Kafi technology improve hui hai. Simple chiz btane ki IMSI ek technology hai. Isme hum shukranu ko 7200 times enlarge krte hain. Or vo jab enlarge hota hai to uske jo defects jo hain ya usme koi problem hai, vo hum pick kr lete hain. So ye ek behtarin sperm select krne ka process hai. Or jinko failure hue hai ICSI ke, is technology se unko definitely fyada hota hai. Fir dusri technology hai embryo scope ki. Mtlb ye ke incubator hota hai jo har 15 mins pe photo leta hai. To ek stri bij grow hota hua, hum use pakad skte hain. Mtlb jab ye anda hota hai or bacha tyar hota hai, uske jo steps hote hain, har 15 mins p photo leke hume pta chalta hai ki ye growth pattern kaisi hai. Ye embryo acha hai ki bura hai. Normal hai kin hi. To thode bhut se chizen pta chalti hain. Is se bhi pregnancy rate especially those cases, jinme pehle fail ho chuka hai IVF ya ICSI, is s fayda definitely hota hai.

2007 me hum ek technology bharat me leke aaye jise hum bolte hain freezing ki technology. 2007 ke pehle jo technology thi, vo achi thi but usme failure rate bhut jayad tha. Mtlb agar me 5 ande freeze kr k rkhun us technology se, to mereko 1-2 anada vapas jivit milta. Lekin ye vitrification technique hai, isme 10 ande freeze kia to hume 9-10 ande vapas milte hain. Uski vjha se kya hota hai, pregnancy rate badh jata hai. Quki mere pas ek patient aati hai, suke 10-12 embryos tyar hote hai, to usme 2-3 ande dalte hain. Baki k 8 me freeze kr k rkh skti hun. To un 8 ande me mere 2-3 attempts ho skte hain. So ye fayda vitrification ya freezing se hua hai. Or definitely pregnancy rate is s bhut badha hai. Fir or ek technology jo ayi hai, jo hum log use krte hain vo hai sequential transfer. Mtlb double transfer. Usme bhi hume kafi patients me fayda hua hai. Of course, baki ki dwaiyon me change ayah ai. Or ye sab chizen ek sath milke, uski vjha se ye success rate 40-60% phuch gya hai.
