Everyone says drink lot of water as it's too hot these days. It's true. But, lot of water does not mean excessive water as it also harms your body.
Excessive water may increase your weight also. It may cause decrease in minerals in your body. Quality of water is also very important. Avoid clod water specially after coming from out side for few minutes. Avoid water after meal for half an hour. Use glucose or lime water to hidrate your self fully, it's better than simple water. Think differently, act wisely.
