Yes follicular size increases each day but sometimes measurements may vary n the amount of growth also varies . As long as a follicle is growing n ruptures, you should not worry

Duphaston can have certain side effects . Yours may be because of that . But still , continue taking the medicine because the effects go away after sometime . It is a safe medicine and in fact useful to get pregnant. So slight such effects can be ignored .

Dear Lybrate user, as I can see you are taking a higher dose of clomiphene. Such doses need to be monitored via serial ultrasounds. If you have already taken a 5 days course and can manage to go to your doctor once, go on day 12-13 of your cycle. If its literally impossible for you to do so, try conception with partner every alternate day from day 11 to 16.
