I suggest to undergo hysterolaparoscopy to find cause of blockage and open if ppssi le and give you chances for natural conception. But if in laparoscopy we see that the tubes are damaged and it is not possible for us to open them then treatment plan can be made.

Your TESA can be done to see if sperms are there and not coming out because of blockage
if sperms are there on tesa ivf may be possible with your sperms
if there are no sperms on TESA then donor sperm is the only option.
