Hyperacidity: Eating You Away!

The most badly affected organ in our body due to change in lifestyle would be the stomach ! Irregular food timings upset the biological clock settings. Eating late or missing breakfast shall be considered as a crime to your stomach. Gastric enzymes and hydrochloric acid keep on waiting for the quota of food, but neglected. Then the regular contact of acid irritates the mucous lining of stomach resulting in gastritis. Then you feel burning in stomach whenever hungry. 

If unattended, these rashes turn into ulcers which can create further troubles of more serious nature. 

If you find the above symptoms, eat in smaller quantities every 2-3hourly. Strictly avoid spicy /junk food, pickles etc. Drink sufficient water. Don't take tea or coffee on empty stomach. Sleep in time. 

Even then if symptoms persist, you need medical help.
