Looks are all that matter in today’s world, people just look at you and conclude that you are ‘so and so’ kind of person. People label others and judge people based on their stereotypes and how they look.

If someone looks fair and pretty then people automatically judge that they are good and if someone looks bad and ugly, then people think that they are bad people, but in reality they may be really good at heart.

They are labeled as bad people only because their skin is dark. I feel beauty is not skin-deep, true beauty is what you really are and how you behave. Your attitude towards people shows your true beauty and not looks.

But the sad part is that our world has become materialistic and people judge each other based only on how they look. Hence, in today’s world it has become necessary to maintain one’s personality and make an attempt to dress well and look good.

I feel that looks are superficial and that it is much more important to be healthy and feel good rather than looking good and feeling bad. People really do a lot to look slim and trim and have a size zero waist.

People throw their money and spend hours together in the gym to look slimmer than a model.

But is it really worth spending money, time and surviving on lettuce and water to look that slim?

No, it is not worth it. One should look healthy rather than slim, but let me tell you being obese is not good either.

Healthy as in one should eat proper food (with proteins, vitamins, minerals and fat), get good exercise, and keep themselves in shape.

When you are healthy you are neither fat nor slim, you look perfect and beautiful.

I feel that looks are superficial and that it is much more important to be healthy and feel good rather than looking good and feeling bad.

Healthy as in one should eat proper food (with proteins, vitamins, minerals and fat), get good exercise, and keep themselves in shape. When you are healthy you are neither fat nor slim, you look perfect and beautiful.

And as for your skin, you should make sure that you use natural soaps, moisturizers, face washes and scrub.

The best way to look beautiful is to avoid excessive use of chemicals and use natural stuff like Multani Mitti, Shikakai Powder, Haldi Powder, Malai, Aloe Vera, etc.

For every woman, the most integral part of her body is her hair.

So ladies, if you want long, beautiful tresses, then shampoo your hair twice a week rather than washing it daily, keep it tied and apply egg and curd once a week to make it strong, smooth and shiny.
