Winters me dekha jata hai ki kayi logon ko cold, cough ka kafi problem ho jata hai. Asthma ke patients ko kafi problem ho jata hai. Aaj me apko winters ke super foods ke bare me btaungi. We should eat red bel pepper. Isme vitamin C bhut hota hai and vitamin C se immunity strong hoti hai. Aloe veera and amla juice aap apne diet me include kren. Garlic consume kren. Asthmatic patients ko garlic jrur lena chaiye. Turmeric milk raat ko jrur len. Ye infections se prevent krta hai apko. Honey consume kren morning me lukewarm water ke sath. Sweet potato len. Yogurt ko aap include kren apne diet me. Islia ye sare chizen len apne aap ko fit rkhne ke lia winters me.
