  1. Lemon:

    Lemon juice combined with honey is a great home remedy for weight loss. Besides, lemon contains Vitamin C which is good for your skin.

  2. Raw apple cider vinegar (with mother):

    It can boost one’s metabolism and help in breaking down fat. Drinking a tablespoon of vinegar before each meal is a good way to control one's appetite.

  3. Curry Leaves:

    Eating fresh curry leaves in the morning is a well-known ayurvedic remedy for obesity. It has a compound called mahanimbine which has fat-burning capabilities.

  4. Green Tea:

    Drinking 2-3 cups of green tea regularly also helps with weight loss. It is full of antioxidants that are good for skin and hair.

  5. Garlic:

    Garlic contains natural anti-obesity properties which help in weight loss. Chewing garlic is the most preferred remedy for weight loss. Try to chew 2-3 raw garlic daily.

  6. Aloe Vera:

    Aloe vera juice helps to boost metabolism which results in the breakdown of fat. Consuming 1 cup of aloe vera juice 2 to 3 times daily will help in weight loss.

  7. Manage Stress:

    In this fast-moving life stress has become very common. Stress leads to an increase in body weight. You need to practice relaxation exercises like meditation and yoga to manage stress. Breathing exercises also play a vital role in managing stress.

  8. Avoid cigarette:
