  4. Eat spices:

    Spicy foods help to clear your nasal passage. Add spices like hot pepper, mustard, hot sauce, chilly pepper to your meal, it helps clear any nasal blockage and provides relief from pain.

  5. Turmeric:

    Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties which help to clear the nasal passage and provide relief from sinus pressure. Turmeric also helps to fight against infection. You can add half a tablespoon of turmeric to milk and drink it after boiling for some time.

  6. Apple cider Vinegar:

    Apple cider vinegar is one of the most effective home remedies for the sinus. Apple cider vinegar helps to make the mucous thin and easily drains out. It helps to provide relief from sinus pressure by preventing any clog or congestion in the nasal passage.

  7. Drink water:

    Drink an adequate amount of water, that will help to make the mucous thin and drain out. Stay dehydrated. Drinking water also helps to keep the mucous membrane moist.

  8. Teke rest:

    Taking proper rest will help to boost your immunity and fight against the infection. While sleeping keep your head elevated by putting 2 pillows behind your head that helps in proper breathing.

  9. Ginger, garlic, and onion:

    Having Ginger, garlic, and onion are included as a preferred home remedy for sinus.

  10. Steam:

    Steam can help to clear the nasal passage by draining out the mucous. You can take steam by boiling water in any utensil and then you can cover yourself and can take the steam. It is one of the most effective home remedies for treating the sinus.
