You should try to have a combination of carbohydrates & proteins
- can have a bowl of milk with cereals or oats with fresh fruits or an egg with whole whole wheat bread &fruit or poha, yogurt, sprouts, mix turmeric powder one teaspoon in a glass of milk, also can have sweet lime juice with honey.

* take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats.

No, you should not. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.
In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Stop alcohol consumption.
Have gluten free diet initially and the slowly come to normal diet.
Avoid processed foods.
