What to do?
- Eat food in moderate amount and that too nutritious.
- Eat amla, cabbage, pineapple
- Eat fresh green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits, sprouts,
- Eat multigrain atta
- Daily apply hair oil herbal - masage scalp for 5 minuets.
- After having food comb hair for 10 minutes
- Before bath massage body by dry towel
- Daily 2-3 times rub nails of your fingers for 5-5 minutes
- Do kapil bhati and pranayama daily
- Drink lauki juice
- Flax seeds
