To gain weight or to lose weight takes time. You are very young right now and your metabolism would be working well. You should exercise or may be join a sport of your liking so that you feel hungry. Include diet which is high in complex carbs, oats, brown rice. Eat more portion of protein in your diet. Protein source can be taken either from plant or animal source. Plant source would include lentils and pulses and animal source would include dairy and dairy products. Eggs, meat, fish and chicken. Nuts and oilseeds should also be included in the diet. Dear Lybrateuser, -To build muscles & to gain stamina you have to consume a well balanced diet & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like cheese, yogurt, buttermilk, cottage cheese, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts like almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, seeds such as sesame, pumpkin, chia - include a protein food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals to boost your protein content - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, pushups, pull-ups, crunches, squats, also do moderate weight lifting for 10-25 min twice a week to build your muscles & to improve your stamina.

Your weight is also related your height. So you should mention it too. You can eat daily one milk product in your diet like yogurt, paneer, butter, cheeze etc. Also you can take fresh veg and fruits like cucumber, tomato, bitroot, carrot, cabbage, banana, Apple, orange etc.
