Nothing. Go with diet only If, there is no weight loss there is changes in body parameters. But according to your height ideal weight is 60-64 which is fine.

Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas. You can also try peanut butter or other nut butters. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non-veg, eat it more often. If not then have paneer, chickpeas, dals and other beans and lentils. Dear Lybrateuser, - To build muscles & stamina have a well balanced with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise -have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods such as eggs, milk & milk products, tofu, non veg, legumes, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - include a protein rich in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, push ups, pull ups, squats, crunches, moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week.
