Fruits are loaded with nutrients and should be an integral part of your diet – and you may even be eating fruits every day. Apples, bananas, lemons are widely consumed everywhere in India. While they are indeed excellent sources of nutrition and can do a world of good to your health, you should consider adding more variety to your fruit intake.

Here is a list of fruits that promote good health and you should make it a point to consume at least one of them every day – 

Pears

This delectable grainy juicy fruit can instantly rejuvenate you – and that is not all it can do for you. 

  • It is a good source of fibre. Fibre softens stool and aids in bowel movement. It also boosts gut health. High fibre content means a pear will keep you full for a long time and help in maintaining or losing weight.
