Eat several mini-meals prescribed by a registered dietitian

If you eat fewer calories than you burn, you'll lose weight. But when you're hungry all the time, eating fewer calories can be a challenge. People who eat 4-5 meals or snacks per day are better able to control their appetite and weight.

It is recommended to divide your daily calories into 5-6 smaller meals or snacks and enjoying most of them earlier in the day , dinner should be the last time you eat.
The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to
Weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week. I being a registered Dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals.
I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Do reply back for private consultation.
