Good evening
your symptoms are suggestive of urinary tract infection. U have to take plenty of water, don't  eat a lot of acidic fruit, such as oranges, lemons or limes or beverage like coffee or tea during the infection. They can irritate your bladder. strawberry and grape can be take do a urine routine test tomorrow itself. If pus cells are there you need antibiotics. In case of more doubts feel free for an online consult.

The symptoms you describe could be of urinary tract infection or of a calculi that is a stone in the tract. Get a urine routine examination done. Drink plenty of water. Homeopathic medicines will be of help in this case.

Hi!
It's absolutely fine to have unprotected sex even on days of menstruation but you need to be careful about the hygiene and your symptoms may be because of vaginal irritation causing cystitis so just take proper fluids and citral syrup to reduce the acidic concentration of urine and you can continue your antibiotics .
